Q: HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

A: For all returns please email our customer service team on orders@opallac.com.

Q: DO I HAVE TO ORDER ONLINE?
A: No, you can also buy Opallac at selected Priceline Stores around Australia. To find your nearest stockist please see our Stockists page on the website. For international orders, you MUST order online as this is the only option for you.

Q: HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
A: You can pay for your order using PayPal, Debit or Credit Cards & Afterpay.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
A: Once you've placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you, but it could take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox!

Q: CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
A: Unfortunately, once you’ve made your order, our warehouse team will have already started processing your order and are therefore unable to make any changes.

Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
A: Contact us immediately at orders@opallac.com and we will resolve the issue.

Q: CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
A: An exchange is only offered on faulty or damaged products. Opallac does not offer exchanged for change of mind. To exchange an item, please email: orders@opallac.com. Please note, return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. We suggest you use a trackable shipping method.

Q: WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver domestic and international!

Q: DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
A: Yes we definitely do.

Q: HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
A: Our shipping rates are as follows:

Domestic:

-National shipping rates within Australia will depend on the total weight and size of your basket. Please proceed to the checkout to calculate exact shipping costs. Please note, there is NO Flat Rate Shipping for orders within Australia.

International:

-International shipping rates are calculated automatically when placed in your basket. Please note, there is NO Flat Rate Shipping for International orders.

Q: WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?
A: Depending on the value of your order, your OPALLAC parcel may or may not be charged customs or import tax. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover such costs. As these charges are out of OPALLAC’S hands, we are unable to predict the cost of potential charges. For more accurate information, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office to avoid any unwanted surprises.

Q: HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
A: This is calculated depending on location your parcel must be sent to.
For AUSTRALIA – Orders are shipped within 3 working day. Depending on your location, shipping can take up to 2-14 days.
For WORLDWIDE – Orders are shipped within 3 working days but could take up to 20 working days to arrive.

Q: WILL A SIGNATURE BE NEEDED FOR MY DELIVERY?
A: Yes! Unless you state otherwise.

Q: CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: Absolutely. You will find your tracking details in your shipping email. Click the link, and follow the instructions.

Q: CAN YOU DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
A: Yes! You can have your parcel delivered to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.

Q: WHAT IF MY PARCEL DOES NOT ARRIVE?
A: First of all, check your tracking! Auspost are rather good with letting you know where your package is, and if it is delayed! If it’s still not moving, open a case with Australia Post first as they can access all your details faster than us! If you do not get a response from them within 7 business days, please email us at orders@opallac.com stating your order number and Auspost reference number.

Q: HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
A: Once you've reached the Checkout stage, enter your promotional code into the ‘Promotion code' box, enter the correct code and click 'Continue'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.

Q: CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE WHILST A SALE IS RUNNING?
A: No. You can't combine discount codes with online sales.
